THERE IS NO ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL SOLUTION TO BUILD THE SKILL OF AWARENESS
There is no single teaching method for developing the skill of awareness in the workplace. To learn, integrate and master the skill of awareness requires expert facilitated discussions, ongoing team conversations, internal reflection, and consistent practice.
WHAT IS AWARENESS?
Awareness is a person’s ability to see the world and how they show up in it. As a concept, awareness is much easier discussed and promoted than practiced and implemented. Most of us are not taught that awareness is a skill, let alone a crucial workplace skill. Awareness is an important business skill because when people — whether individual contributors, managers or leaders – practice awareness they are better able to see the impact of their behavior on others and the results related to that behavior. To teach this skill, the content of our programs blend real-world experience with leading research in behavioral science, neuroscience, mindfulness, and communication theory that can be customized by role and organizational need.
Regardless of audience type, all our programs are designed to support our client organizations and companies in reaching five key outcomes:
- Increased Productivity
- Improved Communication
- Reduced Attrition
- Decreased Healthcare Costs
- Enhanced Wellbeing
To truly transform a team and shift the atmosphere of an organization, it’s important to meet people where they are at by using different delivery formats and content customized by role and need.
