WHAT TYPES OF TOOLS ARE IN THE LIBRARY?
CONVERSATION GUIDES – These can be thought of as a meeting-in-a-box for managers to facilitate dialogue around topics most people avoid discussing, things like balance, distractions, risk, “urgent” overload, boundaries (or lack of boundaries), energy and stress. The Conversation Guides include an expert led video and conversation framework for each topic, providing managers a starting place to begin what otherwise could be an uncomfortable conversation.
CONTEMPLATIONS – These are short essays with reflection questions designed to provoke awareness and accountability around key issues that impact performance and collaboration. They can be used as a tool to develop internal awareness or used to generate team and cross-group discussion to better understand diversity in thinking, motivations, work styles and states of being.
VIDEOS – These are topically focused, short videos designed to create awareness, accountability and reflection on topics that impact people at work. They can be self-guided or viewed with a group to spark conversation and reflection on the topics.
